After losing her father at age 10, Jen developed a passion for helping those journeying through crisis. This passion, paired with a knack for combining strategy and operations, allows her to creatively lead our charity. Jen lives by faith and has a way of bringing out the beauty in others. She adores the Green Bay Packers and cherishes time with her family. Jen earned a PHR, has a bachelor’s in human resources, and received an Executive Leadership certification from Kellogg University.
As Chief Development Officer, Teresa focuses on building relationships and creating new and meaningful collaborations. Telling our story, celebrating our supporters, bringing joy to the Ronald McDonald House and the families we serve, is her specialty. She is known for her kindness toward others, having a song in her heart (and on her lips), and an avid love for fruit snacks. Teresa has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a background in sales and marketing.
Kelly is a numbers expert with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for accuracy. In addition to managing our finances, she is our technical guru who has a contagious joy about her. She loves reading and attending bible study. She enjoys meeting new people, going to the beach, and is passionate about all things kale. Kelly joined the Ronald McDonald House in 2016 and has a bachelor’s in business administration from Indiana State University.
Jessica first experienced the Ronald McDonald House while her daughter received cancer treatments in Indianapolis and Seattle. As our Events and Donor Relations Manager, she brings with her a love for community, connections, and a genuine passion for the House. Jessica is looking forward to raising funds and connecting the community to our mission. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Emily first experienced the Ronald McDonald House when her son received a kidney transplant. Now, as Family Support Services Manager, she shares her caring and personal perspective with families. Emily loves to travel with her family, especially to the beach! She’s a fan of fitness, reading, and the occasional karaoke session. Emily has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a background in community mental health.
Sarah manages Ronald McDonald House programs including the Kindness Kitchen, Comfort Cart, Santa’s Workshop, and our volunteers. She is queen of facility operations, in-house interior designer, and an organization master, taking great pride in caring for our House and those we serve. In addition to maintaining our House, Sarah is a proud mom of five and a Purdue Boilermaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Graphics.
Sara has a heart for service and a passion for helping families, often going above and beyond to support our team, programs, and mission. A positive attitude and kindness are her mantras. Sara enjoys reading, exploring historic places, and loves taking her kids to the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo all summer long. Sara received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Ball State University.
Jana works on all things communications and brings 15+ years of multimedia design experience to our team. She geeks out over bold colors and typography and would love to throw a pinch of glitter on everything she touches (although she does a reasonably good job controlling herself). She’s a plant hoarder, True Crime podcast lover, and delights in camping and exploring the outdoors with her family of five.
Kim was a Ronald McDonald House guest after her daughter was in a car accident in 2018. Soon after, Kim decided to give back as a volunteer. Now, she’s part of the team serving guest needs in the evening. Kim loves to bake and enjoys spending time with her family camping, visiting amusement parks, and attending outdoor concerts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
Cindy learned of RMHC after the birth of her first son. Her heart, remaining with the Charity and fueled by a passion for helping families, led her to begin volunteering with our House. Today, she continues to serve families as Family Support Services Manager. She loves the outdoors, fitness, baking and gifting chocolate chip cookies, and most of all, being with family. Cindy has a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education.
