Meet Jen!
After losing her father at age 10, Jen developed a passion for helping those journeying through crisis. This passion, paired with a knack for combining strategy and operations, allows her to creatively lead our charity. Jen lives by faith and has a way of bringing out the beauty in others. She adores the Green Bay Packers and cherishes time with her family. Jen earned a PHR, has a bachelor’s in human resources, and received an Executive Leadership certification from Kellogg University.
Meet Teresa!
As Chief Development Officer, Teresa focuses on building relationships and creating new and meaningful collaborations. Telling our story, celebrating our supporters, bringing joy to the Ronald McDonald House and the families we serve, is her specialty. She is known for her kindness toward others, having a song in her heart (and on her lips), and an avid love for fruit snacks. Teresa has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a background in sales and marketing.

Kelly is a numbers expert with a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for accuracy. In addition to managing our finances, she is our technical guru who has a contagious joy about her. She loves reading and attending bible study. She enjoys meeting new people, going to the beach, and is passionate about all things kale. Kelly joined the Ronald McDonald House in 2016 and has a bachelor’s in business administration from Indiana State University.
Meet Sarah!
Sarah manages Ronald McDonald House programs including the Kindness Kitchen, Comfort Cart, Santa’s Workshop, and our volunteers. Meet Cindy!
Cindy learned of RMHC after the birth of her first son. Her heart, remaining with the Charity and fueled by a passion for helping families, led her to begin volunteering with our House. Today, she continues to serve families as Family Support Services Manager. She loves the outdoors, fitness, baking and gifting chocolate chip cookies, and most of all, being with family. Cindy has a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education.
Meet Elease!
Elease, having a servant’s heart herself, is thrilled to support and celebrate our volunteers in the role of Volunteer and Programs Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Psychology.
Meet Jana!
Jana works on all things communications and brings 15+ years of multimedia design experience to our team.
